Through my involvement with FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation), I am one of a select few global real estate professionals in the Pacific Northwest. We network and meet regularly, and convene Business Meetings both domestically and internationally several times annually. Established over 60 years ago, FIABCI is the only real estate organization of its kind in the world.

Areas of Expertise

Latin America: My international focus has been consulting with clients and friends who aspire to owning property in Latin America. As we have entered a new economic era, Americans are seeking satisfying ways to maximize their retirement assets and investments. In turn, many other countries welcome foreign real estate buyers – and often offer lucrative incentives to boot.

However, cultural and business practices vary immensely and the real estate process can be entirely different.  FIABCI members have spent over six decades conducting international real estate transactions; partner with us and you will have skilled professionals working on your behalf.

China, Russia, and former Soviet Republics: I have teamed with two agents who travel to these countries to line up both smaller and larger investors for the Pacific Northwest.
