This one isn’t at all about the bricks & mortar of real estate, but the love that fills the home! Watch until the end; you’ll be glad you did.
Just because this place always makes me happy. Zell’s Cafe @ 1300 SE Morrison. Bonus – it’s just a few blocks from my office.
Friends and family know I love to take day hikes. And living in Portland, there are countless places to hike – all less than 60 minutes from home. A few weeks ago, I learned of a trail about 30 miles away with commanding views of the Columbia River Gorge, called the Cape Horn Trail. We passed a farm and I couldn’t resist this photo:
Here is one of a myriad of ways that Portland shows its color and love for life.
This short documentary is a few years old, but I just came across it recently and thought it was worth sharing.
While certainly not “Pacific,” people who know me, know I have a strong affinity toward Iceland. So when I saw this video, I just had to share. When I travel there, I feel so at home. And as the video illustrates – it’s easy to see why. Please enjoy, and feel free to hit me up with any questions or for suggestions about Iceland.
For several years, I have been working on an ad hoc basis with another broker in my office – David Todd – collaborating as necessary to meet our clients’ needs. We quickly learned we shared the same vision and approach to business, and had casual conversations about formalizing our partnership. We also realized we bring different real estate experiences to the table, and when we work together there is a tremendous energy which our clients appreciate.
So, we’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up – and know it’ll be a win-win for both our clients and our own work/life balance. Please visit our website at theRiverPDX.com and learn why we are a holistic source for real estate.
As international real estate continues to be a passion of mine, I will continue to maintain this site to focus solely on global estate news and data.
David and I feel very fortunate to have grown our business during some very challenging times these past few years. We thank you for the trust you have placed in us, and are excited for what the future holds.
Thanks to the folks at AMPI Nacional who shared it with me.
